week 08.5

sooooo the title is not really accurate but it hasn't been for over two months hence i will leave that alone and continue with our tradition for now :)

it has been more than a month since i've posted which is a slight issue but yeah,,, i actually don't really think i was at all that occupied during that month but i do fancy that i could've used that time a lot better... but here goes the 10th blog post :)

a bit more context regarding why i'm posting on a friday: i actually am heading to portland (in case you didn't know, in oregon) for the indycar race this weekend. hence i feel like i should at least conclude this past month before i formally focus on the intricacies of my racegoing experience in tomorrow's post (admittedly i'll be very tired when i write that but it's whatever)

1-college applications

so in the time between back then and now a made an organiser known as the "college logger" that gives me a direct view of all the brief info that i need and i kinda liked how it turned out. while making it i also like confirmed like what majors i was doing cause i was going over them all again so that was nice

anyways so once i had that i started to sluggishly work on supplementals💀 they are not very fun and ive been working through some very slowly oh well

2-competitive stem olympiads

nothing, literally nothing

okay i guess i learned a bit of astro from pandorax, that was fun :)) rohan d is the goat at lecturing too

otherwise i guess you could count opho as an olympiad? i feel that even though i personally got slightly better maybe last year with this team we couldve made invis :/ LOL also the 76 -> 73 -> 68th pipeline is crazy hopefully we can get to like somewhere close to 60th next year 😭😭😭

im really proud of suzukos progress too and i admire a lot their will to learn at any moment from tjpho sessions too

well well well since last post we had the mclaren mess, the mercedes meltdown, and the perez peculiarity (i dont have a good enough vocabulary) which i mean truly sets the second half up well!! hopefully tmrw we get a cool quali/race

well honestly theres been not a lot to write esp bc i have no will to watch ovals and cause the summer break exists but yeah it looks like palou is going to win? but still going to be a fun season nonetheless

i dont really remember what my progress was last season but i think we are slaying in league 1 cause we somehow lead the table with a 3 point gap with one of the lowest payrolls LOL umm well i guess we indeed are overperforming

in terms of cup competitions i really hope we can go far in something this season cause i know we have a strong squad that can do bits (rip carabao cup)

maybe we should try to win the efl trophy :) would be nice

oh also i took on the el salvador team but theyre like so bad 💀💀 so i accepted senegals offer when they gave one to me LOL hopefully we can do bits at the wc :)

otherwise we have the normal asphalt stuff as well as some warzone (i unlocked ladders now but im gonna fail so bad)

i dont think theres too much other gaming stuff to talk about?

not much as usual although due to discord i have had to re enter many servers which was awk💀💀

ya so nisky and ess happened heres a debrief for both ig

personally i think with a bit more studying esp in terms of chem i can really step up to be a leader both organisationally and in terms of ability but whether that translates to tryouts and offline bowl remains to be seen. im rly excited for all the comps in the fall but honestly i think theres a bit too many of them for me or my team (mostly juniors) to truely delve into them or like prep a lot

but yeah hopefully i keep up this level of performance and we'll actually have a chance?

in terms of ess i probably shouldve brought a better mindset to the first round, probably couldve won and progressed if i obzed some💀
